A letter from J. David Lister [Heath 1960–1967]
I had the good fortune to run into my old friend and colleague from Heath and Oxford, John Feather, over the weekend. He tipped me off about the website and the Association. Given that I have just retired it may seem a little late to join but better late than never, as they say.
My name is J.D. Lister (David) and I was at Heath from 1960 to 1967 and now live in Switzerland.
My two brothers also attended Heath. Philip Lister is still alive and lives in East Grinstead. Peter, the youngest of the siblings, passed away in 1996 after a long fight against MS. I used to play a lot of Rugby Fives and if I am not mistaken the Association Treasurer is a former star at the sport and may remember me.
