1939 School photo
John Raymond Hanson [Heath 1938–1945] has kindly lent us a copy of the 1939 School photo and given us the names of some of his contemporaries and most of the masters. To this John Stringer has been able to add a few more names. This was the last school photograph to be taken until after World War II.
Obviously it is too big to be able to see the detail on anything other than a monstrous monitor. So we have added a version in PDF format to which we have added the names provided by John. If you can remember more of those who were present or correct any errors in our failing memories, please contact the Editor.
