1947 Scout Camp

In the archives is a photograph of a group of scouts with W.R. Swale; its annotations suggest that it was taken in 1946 near Bolton Abbey when there was a summer camp at Redmire.

However the first camp which W.R. Swale attended was the Beavers Camp in 1947 when it was held at Aysgarth, near Redmire.
